Full-time occupation 11 (1) The full-time members of the Board must not hold any other employment or office in respect of which they receive any remuneration. Part-time occupation (2) A part-time Vice-Chairperson, or a member appointed pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(e), must not hold any other employment or office in respect of which they receive any remuneration and that is inconsistent with their duties under this Act.
