901.88 No person shall operate a remotely piloted aircraft system under this Division unless the person (a) is an RPAS operator or an employee, an agent or mandatary or a representative of an RPAS operator; and (b) complies with the conditions in the RPAS operator certificate issued to the RPAS operator.
