604.132 (1) A private operator shall have for its personnel a record that includes the following information: (a) the name of any person authorized under section 571.11 to sign a maintenance release under section 571.10; and (b) the name of any person who has performed elementary work in accordance with subparagraph 604.128 (1)(a)(ii).
