602.26 Except where permitted in accordance with section 603.37, no pilot-in-command of an aircraft shall permit, and no person shall conduct, a parachute descent from the aircraft (a) in or into controlled airspace or an air route; or (b) over or into a built-up area or an open-air assembly of persons.
