521.101 This Division applies (a) in respect of the issuance of a Canadian Technical Standard Order (CAN-TSO) design approval for an appliance or a part; and (b) to applicants for and holders of a Canadian Technical Standard Order (CAN-TSO) design approval in respect of an appliance or a part.
