401.44 The Minister shall endorse the following licences with a VFR OTT rating if the applicant for the rating meets the requirements referred to in section 401.06: (a) private pilot licence — aeroplane; (b) private pilot licence — helicopter; (c) commercial pilot licence — helicopter; and (d) airline transport pilot licence — helicopter.
