202.18 For the purpose of the registration in Canada of an aircraft, other than a balloon, (a) the fuselage, hull or an alternative structure of the aircraft establishes its identity; and (b) where the fuselage, hull or an alternative structure of the aircraft is scrapped, the aircraft is deemed to be destroyed.
