Investigators 13 (1) The Authority may act as an investigator under this Part with respect to a military-civilian occurrence, and may designate as an investigator to investigate such an occurrence in accordance with this Part on the Authority’s behalf any person, or member of a class of persons, that the Authority considers qualified. Certificate (2) The Authority shall give a designated investigator a certificate of designation specifying the terms of their designation. Report (3) A designated investigator shall report to the Authority with respect to the investigation of a military-civilian occurrence. R.S., 1985, c.
